About the image:
As many of you know, Aaron received a research grant from Mortise & Tenon magazine to study early ukuleles made in Hawaii. Part of that project was to build a similar instrument using the hand tools, materials and techniques that were likely used on the originals. This poster shows the Kingdom Era ukulele Aaron built as a result of his research, along with all of the hand tools and materials it took to make it. See the video below to learn more!
