The ukulele arrived two days ago - thanks for the priority shipping.  As I told you , we are in the middle of moving and things are a bit hectic.
 
But I did get a chance to tune the banjo - and WOW - what can I say!  Your BeanSprout banjo ukulele is fantastic!  The craftsmanship, the appearance, and mostly the sound - they are all the very best.  This banjo uke sounds infinitely better than previous banjo ukes that I have had.  I am just a rank beginner uke player, but this uke sounds wonderful - it is worth every penny. 
With time I hope to improve my playing skills.  My thanks to you and Aaron for producing this absolutely top-of-the-line banjo ukulele.  The concert size is perfect for me and the fret board couldn’t work better.
I wish for you a great summer and I am sure that you will have a great time.

Hi Heidi!

My banjo arrived yesterday and it’s beyond my wildest hopes!  I was  tempted to take a sick day and stay home to play all day long.Please let Aaron know how much I appreciate his craftsmanship, attention to detail and skill to produce such a great sounding instrument.  And Heidi, your attention to the service end of the business is a model of what all Internet businesses ought to be  doing.  During the few gliches we had (all of them beyond our control), you kept me informed and offered dates and options as we sorted things out. The Bean Sprout T shirt and the extra set of strings were a very thoughtful and generous gesture.  Both of you have been wonderful to deal with. Now if I can just make the time to play and enjoy my new Sprout. For the first time in my life, “Carolina in The Morning” finally sounds like I have wanted for all these years!
